Do I have to set up my own Limited Company?

No, we take care of all that for you. We can set you up as a director of one of our existing umbrella companies. Alternatively if you wish to set up your own limited company.

How long does this take?

We can normally set you up with our umbrella company within a day.

What are my obligations to the umbrella company?

Don't worry! We take care of everything for you. We sign you up as a director and when you finish using our service we resign you as a director, issue you with a P45 and you will have no obligations to this company ever again.

What do I get with my Umbrella package?

All of your taxes are completed for you. We work with you to ensure you are claiming all your relevant business expenses. We take care of making sure you have paid your PRSI and PAYE contributions and will issue you with a breakdown of your earnings and a payslip. We also take care of your yearly tax return as long as you have been with us for 4 months of the year and issue you with a P60 at the beginning of each year.

Are there any set up or exit charges?

No! We sign you up to our services free of charge and when leaving we ensure that you are fully tax compliant. The only charges you incur while using our service is our monthly administration fee.

Can I offset your fee as a business expense?

Yes the monthly fee that you pay us is fully tax deductable. We incorporate this in to your monthly tax calculation before issuing you with a breakdown of your earnings and expenses for that month.

What business expenses can I claim for?

All expenses claimed must be incurred “Wholly, Exclusively and Necessarily” for business purposes. This enables offsets to increase your take home pay.
